Overview

Schebesta’s work reflects a meticulous attention to structural detail and tonal balance. This guitar features a cedar double top with a spruce inner layer and balsa core, executed in a distinctly individual way. Rather than following more familiar balsa constructions, the internal structure shows careful mass control, finely tuned bracing, and a thoughtfully engineered back system.

The guitar feels immediately alive in the hands. Even before playing, the low mass and free vibration of the strings signal just how efficiently the instrument is built.

Sound and Playability

This is a super lightweight, highly responsive German-style double top, aligned with the lineage of makers such as Matthias Dammann, Michel Brück, and Carsten Kobs.
